2020 A New Decade!

Happy New Year Everybody,

I can’t believe it’s a new decade, so much music and creativity in the last one.   Between composition, collaboration, recording, album releases, touring, teaching and learning it’s been a roller coaster,  I’m excited what this new one will bring.

Right now I’m delighted that I’ve got a couple of recording projects  simmering and coming up to the boil as well as more tours and recording with Brother Dege in the making.

The other big announcement I have to make is that  last year I received an Artist Endorsement from Duesenburg Guitars so I’m now performing and touring with one of their ‘Fairytale’ lap steels which are truly wonderful.  I also received part funding for the instrument from Irelands  ‘Music Capital Scheme’ funded by the which is of The Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, Music Network and The Arts Council.  I’m truly grateful for all this support.

In 2019 as well as my performing work in Ireland and abroad  I spent time working on new original compositions and songwriting which I’m looking forwards to bringing forth.  So here is to a truly creative and rewarding year  ahead.
